To add existing content to the Arctis you can follow these steps. You follow these steps for examle when you want to add documents already published earlier somewhere else.
 
Follow this process:
  1. Go to the topic where you want to add a page.
  2. Give in a name an click Add Page
  3. Assign the page to a node
  4. Assign an author 
    This places the page at the end of the structure and gives it the status "work in progress".If you want to change the page position in the structure go to wiki/structures 
  5. In word you can now save your existing document to Arctis with the same name you gave the page above and category "work".
